Confirmation of attendance at a Graduation Ceremony closed on 13 February 2009. If you have not confirmed your attendance at a ceremony, your certificate/s and free academic transcript will be sent by registered post to your postal address on MyInfo after the award is conferred by Academic Council.
Graduands are to wear the correct Murdoch University academic regalia available from the Alumni Centre. Regalia can be hired or purchased and discounts are available for online payment.

Hired regalia MUST be returned immediately after the Ceremony. A charge will be incurred for all regalia not returned.

Regalia is to be collected from the Alumni Office on the western side of Bush Court. Free Parking will be available in Car Park 3.
All of the profits generated from the sale and hire of academic regalia are used to benefit members of the Alumni Association.
A refund may be made if notice of your non-attendance is given to the Alumni Centre prior to the ceremony. An administrative fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund.
Guest tickets: You will be allocated 3 guest tickets at no charge which are to be collected with your regalia. If you are providing your own regalia you can collect your guest tickets when you register for the ceremony.
You can apply for up to 3 extra guest tickets at $10 per ticket. If you request extra tickets, you will be emailed before the ceremony to advise if the additional tickets are available. A full refund will be given for extra tickets that are not able to be allocated but not for purchased tickets that are no longer required.
Your ticket: Your ticket is in addition to your guest tickets and is to be collected from the Registration Desk when you arrive for your ceremony.
If you want to ensure your name is pronounced correctly during the ceremony, please advise the Graduations Office at least one week before the ceremony.
If either you or any of your guests are a wheelchair user, have a mobility issue, or require special seating arrangements, please advise the Graduations Office as soon as possible so that suitable seating may be allocated for you and/or your guest/s.
Parking is available in the City of Perth Parking below the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. It can be accessed from Mounts Bay Road. A map showing alternative parking and bus/train stops close to the Centre is available.
There are 23 ACROD bays for ACROD sticker holders below the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.
You must register at the Registration desk in the Central Foyer on Level 2, between 5.30pm and 6.15pm. The Auditorium doors will be opened at 6.30pm. If you are not registered by 6.45pm you will not be able to participate in the ceremony.
Doctoral graduands are to register in Meeting Room 8, along Southern Foyer on level 2 by 6.30pm to join the Academic procession into the auditorium. A map of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is available.
The Ceremony will commence at 7.00 pm and will be conducted by the Chancellor.
A complimentary on-stage photograph will be taken as the Chancellor presents you with your certificate.
Further information regarding the Ceremony will be provided when you collect your regalia and guest tickets. Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the ceremony.

The Statement of Academic Record is a complete record of your studies at Murdoch University including details of the courses you have completed and the majors and minors you have completed as part of each course.
The Confirmation of Completion of Studies letter is primarily used by students wishing to apply for Permanent Residence Status.
An email will be sent to your MyInfo email address to confirm receipt of your confirmation/payment and your ceremony details. If you use the student email account provided by the University you should note that these expire end of semester. Please update MyInfo with an active email address to receive University emails after that date.
Please ensure that your postal and email address and telephone numbers are up to date on MyInfo especially if you have moved since completing your studies.
